Rubber mounts are a structured rubber mount used in heavy duty military vehicle suspensions. It provides shock absorption by damping vibrations between the chassis and axle and increases the vehicle's off-road capability. Thanks to its elastomer structure, it works silently and reduces maintenance requirements.
The sprocket gear in the final drive system of tracked military vehicles, which transfers engine power to the tracks. Its main task is to ensure the forward or reverse movement of the vehicle by precisely gripping the track links; therefore, it is critical that the tooth profiles are precisely matched to the track. Because it operates under high torque and constant friction, it is manufactured from forged or cast steel and the tooth surfaces are heat treated, such as induction hardening, to maximise wear life. This guarantees maximum power transmission and a long service life, even in the harshest off-road conditions.
It is a high-strength tie rod designed for wheeled military vehicles. Its function is to connect the wheel hub to the wishbone to provide the axial rotation required for steering movements and the oscillation required for suspension flexing. It is manufactured from high quality materials such as forged steel body and induction hardened spherical knuckle pin to provide maximum service life even under harsh operational conditions and heavy armour load. While offering superior manoeuvrability thanks to its high angle articulation capability, it provides reliable performance even in the harshest terrain conditions by maximising wear resistance with its special grease and dust protected bellows design.

It is the suspension/tracking component of armoured tracked vehicles. It is the first track system that can operate on 30 ton class vehicles designed and produced in the Turkish defence industry. Provides long service life. It can be used in 30 ton class vehicles such as ZAHA KORKUT HİSAR. It is also suitable for American M2 Bradley, AAV7, MLRS, CV90 vehicles.
The track pad is a replaceable track pad mounted on the steel track links of tracked military vehicles. Its main purpose is to protect sensitive surfaces such as asphalt under the tonnes of weight of the vehicle and to provide optimum traction on different surfaces thanks to its vulcanised rubber structure with high abrasion and tear resistance. At the same time, it dampens the vibration and noise created by the metal track, increasing crew comfort and allowing the vehicle to move more quietly.
Suspension bushes are used in the suspension systems of wheeled military vehicles. They are self-lubricating, long-lasting and maintenance-free, all-terrain products specially designed for continuous ultra-high performance under heavy dynamic and static loads.
